My goal for this product was to create a setting that aligned with the soothing essence of the Nested Wooden Bowl Set. The arrangement consists of three nested screens, composed of 90 triangular wooden posts. The gaps between the vertical posts gradually widen, ranging from 2 to 6 in, resulting in a progressive fractal pattern. To secure the vertical elements, I utilized bent lamination and fabricated 18 interlocking lattices. I intentionally designed the structure to mimic the nesting of the bowls, while keeping the vertical posts slender and tall to evoke a sense of airiness.
